This collection consists of records documenting the Southern Colorado Writing project at Colorado State University – Pueblo from 2000-2011.

The records include: handouts, calendars, event materials, posters, reading lists, samples short stories, administrative guides, budgets, log notes from meetings, professional development reflections, and audio-visual materials such as microfilm and tape.

- This series contains materials provided and created during SCWP summer workshops. It includes materials focused into two sub-series, Readings and Professional Development. These materials provide evidence as to what occurred during the SCWP workshops and how teachers applied what they learned during these workshops outside of the classroom.
- Sub-Series 1: Readings, 2000-2005
- This sub-series contains printed materials focused on improving educators teaching abilities as well as their abilities as writers. Materials in this sub-series include; general handouts and readings given to educators during workshops to improve their methods of writing as well as teaching.
