The collection consists primarily of instructional materials used by Dr. Sandoval in his classes.

Scope and Contents of the Materials

The collection includes audiovisual materials relating to Chicano and Southwestern studies topics. It also contains Dr. Sandoval's dissertation and a series of his lectures on audiotape.

Collection Historical Note

David A. Sandoval was a history professor at Colorado State University-Pueblo.  He taught courses in US history and history of the Southwest.  He holds a BS, Eastern New Mexico University; MA, Southern Methodist University; Ph.D., University of Utah.
