Scope and Contents: The collection consists of audio files and transcripts of interviews with Colorado Chicano leaders, conducted as part of Martinez Martinez' research for her dissertation, 2000-2001.  The collection also contains documentation and biographical information relating to each interviewee, computer disks with transcripts and a cd containing her dissertation, "The cultural context of leadership:  Ethnic culture, leadership development and Colorado Chicanas and Chicanos."  11 publications of Chicano interest are included in the collection.
