September 21, 1977 Joint probe of health centers due for completion this week: a joint federal investigation for allegations of misconduct at PNHC over federal funds from the HEW grant wre used in the recent purchase of a new PNHC building.

June 8, 1979 Health centers refuse to revise board composition by Tom McAvoy: PNHC refused to change the current make up of the boards' directors. The board did agree to a counter offer Gurule's east side health center building he owns.

July 13, 1980 Interviews reveal patrons' trust in PNHC by Ron Martinez: Many patients and members of the community really like the PNHC and believe it has done wonders for the city.

July 27, 1980 Victim blamed? Public Forum: discusses the interference that Dr. Martin played in PNHC funding and other issues happening to PNHC.

March 22, 1981 PNHC to get U.S funding into '82 by Ron Martinez: The federal government has promised $1.6 million to the PNHC for operations through June 1982 ( 2 copies).

April 6, 1982 Doctors, dentist created government competition: low income citizens have chosen to go to the PNHC over private doctors. Private doctors and dentist are complaining about losing patients.

July 25, 1982 PNHC loses bid for funds by Bill Gagnon: PNHC officials sought the injunction after Dr. Edward Martin bureau director denied their application for further funding.
