September 9,1977 HEW refuses funds for building for operation of health center by Terence Curran: HEW rarely approves the purchase of a building for any neighborhood health center, and only approve when the organization handling the program is considered stable.

September 9, 1977 HEW office holds records of Pueblo NHC by Bill Gagnon: All federal records pertaining Pueblo Neighborhood Health Centers were impounded by HEW department of investigation.

September 21, 1977 Joint Probe of health centers due for completion this week: a joint federal-county investigation into allegations of misconduct at Pueblo Neighboorhood Health Centers. Rober Johns, the chief of HEW office of invesitfations will confer with District Attorney Joseph Losavio and his staff on the probe.

November 11, 1977 HEW continues investigation of health centers by Terence Curran: The investigation into local Neighborhood Health Centers have not concluded.

August 4, 1978 HEW officials, newspapers rapped at NHC board meet by Terence Curran: Denver officials of HEW were denounced by Gurule for the destruction of their program under the regional office (2 copies, from the Star Journal and Pueblo Chieftain).
