March 23, 1978 Police elated; Gurule critical of not guilty verdict by Ron Martinez: Two police officers recieved innocent verdicts for the the death of Robert Fernandez. Al Gurule is upset with the verdict and wants to go to the Federal Government for prosecution.

March 23, 1978 Two Policemen found not guilty by Margie Wood: Two Pueblo police officers were found innocent of misdemeanor homicide charges after five days of testimony in the death of Robert Fernandez.
