This collection consists of records documenting the Southern Colorado Writing project at Colorado State University – Pueblo from 2000-2011.
Scope and Contents of the Materials
The records include: handouts, calendars, event materials, posters, reading lists, samples short stories, administrative guides, budgets, log notes from meetings, professional development reflections, and audio-visual materials such as microfilm and tape.

- This series contains typed materials pertaining to all the administrative duties of those who worked with the Southern Colorado Writing Project. It includes: notes taken by administrators, office files and materials, office assistant guides, and general budgets. This series includes topics focused on what happened behind the scenes of the SCWP and how administrators were able to keep the events going yearly.
